Appointments
Appointments are made on a half hourly basis. Consultation with your highly qualified physiotherapist takes place in an individual treatment room. When you make your appointment please notify us if you have any special needs.
Payment
When it comes to making payment our patients generally fall into one of the following categories:
              Private Patients
You are welcome to come to Physiotherapy with or without a referral from your doctor. We have an EFTPOS facility for your convenience and ask that you pay your bill at the end of each appointment.
Patients who have Health Insurance covering Physiotherapy
You are welcome to come to Physiotherapy with or without a referral from your doctor. We have a HICAPS facility for your convenience so you may only need to pay a gap fee. Medibank Private and BUPA/MBF/HBA members having general physiotherapy are entitled to a discount.
Specialist Hand & Upper Limb Physiotherapy
Separate rates apply to appointments with our specialist Hand & Upper Limb physiotherapist. We welcome your enquiries.
              Patients covered by WorkCover
Your doctor will have given you a Medical Certificate stating you require physiotherapy. WorkCover will have provided you with a claim number and a case manager. You need to bring the medical certificate and claim number with you so that payment for your treatment can be claimed directly from WorkCover.
              Department of Veteran Affairs patients
You will have either a Gold Card or a White Card. You will also have a D904 referral from your doctor. Bring these with you and we can bill the Department for your treatment.
Patients with an Enhanced Primary Care Plan from their GP
Your doctor has given you an Enhanced Primary Care Plan. That plan entitles you to a number of treatments subsidised by Medicare. Bring the EPC plan in to us. At the end of each treatment you will need to pay our bill, then make your claim back from Medicare. In some circumstances, after your payment, we can make a claim from Medicare on your behalf.
